![]() You can change any of the settings without affecting the Audyssey EQ curve. I feel that the Audyssey does a really good job in my system with level setting and gets these dead on accurate. Then leave it alone as it's compensating for the electronic delay in the the crossover and amp. The Audyssey system also sets the distance for the sub based on the delay that the electronics cause. It has to do with how Onkyo implemented Audyssey into the system. ![]() The Audyssey system will usually get the size and crossover points wrong. Thanks would like to hear your experiences. Does Audyssey 2EQ Auto Setup really make a difference? When I do auto setup it sets all my 5 x sat speakers to 100 hz crossover but my speakers are capable to 80 hz? If I do the auto setup and then do some tweaking (i.e changing freq to 80hz crossover and tweaking the db of the sats will this cancel the Auto setup setting and mess it up?) I know that I really like the Audyssey Dynamic EQ and the Dynamic Volume (Set to Low) but how about the Auto Setup? I have tried both and not sure which one is better or if there is a difference? Now I am not sure which is better manual config or Audyssey Auto setup.? I have the B&W MT30 kit with the PV1 sub and Onkyo 608.
